Following TGA’s ethos to develop the next generation, we have introduced a number of graduates of great potential to help reinforce the team. This includes Andy Tan and Craig Lister. Both graduate from Northumbria in 2019 with BEng and MEng degrees, with time spent in industry during their placement year. Both are of a mechanical bias, with Andy having a strength in passive design and forming part of our Building Physics working group.
