We continually review our resources in line with our project commitments and are always interested to hear from those who believe they could bring something to any of our Engineering, Building Performance, Specialist Lighting or specialist BIM teams.
TGA are committed to developing future engineers and believe strongly in the benefit of the apprenticeship route. As an organisation that includes Directors who have progressed from an apprenticeship programme, TGA are always interested to hear of those who may be considering a rewarding career and a structured development path to follow.
Working alongside training provider TDR Training, TGA have a successful apprenticeship process in place for school leavers, either following completion of GCSE’s or A-Levels.
If you are a motivated individual and would like to discuss how TGA could help provide you with a rewarding career in engineering, please get in contact and we will provide further information.
As part of our ongoing development and growth, we are always interested to learn of students who are undertaking Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Engineering degree courses on relevant and related disciplines. If you are working towards completing your degree and are interested to see if TGA could provide you with an opportunity for developing your career, please get in touch.
Year Out and Placement Students
As supporters of local undergraduate development, if you are undertaking a degree in a related discipline and would like to gain real-world experience in this ever changing industry, please get in touch to see if there are any opportunities available for you.
Any applicant will be expected to be self-motivated and proactive in their approach. They will be expected to show leadership and initiative as well as being able to support the wider team.
