Durham University development on the Mountjoy site is nearing completion, with TGA currently assisting SRM and Integral with the finishing off works such as Building Log Book, As Fitted Drawings, Energy Performance Certificate and final BREEAM evidence collation.
The project has seen TGA develop Stage 3+ information to support the SRM tender as well as continuing to develop the Stage 4 technical design information for the MEP Contractor. Continuing with the project, TGA provided installation information for this BIM Level 2 scheme, whilst supporting the MEP Contractor in the production of COBie and asset information.
Whilst proving challenging, due to the heavy servicing requirements of the building and limited void space for services distribution, TGA can be proud of the effort applied through all stages of input and have had a considerable influence on this major new build on this major new build £40m project for the University.
