Senior Building Performance Engineer
Erica joined TGA in 2022 after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class degree in Aerospace Engineering (MEng). She joined the Building Performance team to pursue her interest in Sustainable Engineering with a goal to adapt the built environment to create a positive impact on the world.
Erica began her career in the Electric Vehicle industry, designing charge-points with a focus on environmentally conscious design. She aims to utilise her interdisciplinary degree and experience in the EV industry to overcome complex design challenges and be a valuable asset to the Building Performance team. Erica was promoted to Senior Engineer in July 2026.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with family, playing netball and korfball, and going to pub quizzes with friends.
