Graduate Building Performance Engineer

Erica joined TGA in 2022 after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class degree in Aerospace Engineering (MEng). She joined the Building Performance team to pursue her interest in Sustainable Engineering with a goal to adapt the built environment to create a positive impact on the world.

Erica began her career in the Electric Vehicle industry, designing charge-points with a focus on environmentally conscious design. She aims to utilise her interdisciplinary degree and experience in the EV industry to overcome complex design challenges and be a valuable asset to the Building Performance team.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with family, playing netball and korfball, and going to pub quizzes with friends.
