On Tuesday 16th May, Scott Graham and Graeme Carr attended the UKREiiF 2023 hosted by Purcell in Leeds, along with David Warwick who joined the panel of speakers to debate the introduction of a Grade III listing for existing buildings and the pros and cons.
David joined Purcell’s Laura Baron, Head of Sustainability and Senior Architect, Lorna Crane, as well as, Civic Engineers’ James Bruce for this discussion.
