Stephen conveyed his excitement, stating, “Guiding TGA’s BIM team has been both a privilege and a pleasure. We’ve built a team of vibrant and talented individuals who are excited by the benefits that technology and collaboration can bring to the industry. Along with aiding the delivery of TGA projects, we’ve been able to provide specialist support to external parties. My elevation to director highlights the critical role of BIM within TGA, both now and in the future”
Jason added: “Both Dave and Stephen have been an integral part of TGA’s growth in recent years, including establishing our building performance and BIM|TS teams – both of which have helped to set us apart from our competitors and have been instrumental in winning new projects.
“Their new roles will also allow them to continue to reinforce the ‘TGA way of working’ as well as being able to more closely contribute to, and directly impact, our growth plans. Their passion for continuous improvement and deep understanding of our business make them ideal candidates to lead us into the future.
“It is vital that there are succession plans in place, so the business is sustainable beyond that of the current directors and partners. Both Dave and Stephen possess a bold vision for the future with a focus on innovation and collaboration and they are poised to lead TGA to even greater success.”
