Trainee Digital Engineer
Mathew joined TGA in January 2023 as a Trainee Revit Technician in the BIMTS team after serving 8 years in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) as a weapon systems engineer.
He is looking to utilise the skills gained throughout his career in the Army and further develop them at TGA.
Mathew is transitioning to the Electrical Engineering department whilst completing his HNC in Building Services Engineering, followed by a degree apprenticeship.
With more experience in the role, he hopes to play a key part in the coaching and mentoring of TGA’s future apprentices.
Outside of work Mathew enjoys clay pigeon shooting, mountain biking and hiking and camping in the Lake District.
