Sam Wright (Graduate Building Performance Engineer in Durham) has successfully completed his BREEAM Assessor training and now adds to TGA’s Building Performance and BREEAM capabilities.
The role of Assessors is vital to the BREEAM process, where a qualified and licensed BREEAM Assessor works with the project team to conduct the assessment of a building/asset prior to checking by the certification body. This process puts Assessors at the forefront in driving industry change towards a more sustainable built environment.
