Sunderland Royal Hospital Intervention and Investigation Unit
TGA completed a HTM compliant refurbishment of the existing Endoscopy department to form a new Intervention and Investigation Unit, including a large open plan ward area, procedure rooms, single bedrooms and ancillary staff areas.

Sunderland Royal Maternity Theatre Refurbishment
TGA have also recently completed a fully HTM compliant refurbishment of the Maternity Department at Sunderland Royal Hospital, creating 2No. operating theatres, whilst renovating the existing recovery area, antenatal rooms and ancillary support areas.

New College Durham – T.H.E Hub
TGA provided MEP design and Building Performance support for the Colleges new T Levels teaching facilities which provide specialist rooms within a teaching environment allowing students to gain alternative A Level equivalent qualifications.

Ledston Hall
TGA developed a new servicing strategy for Ledston Hall which is sympathetic to the historic nature of the building, as well as TGA BP working with the architect to develop a new energy strategy and TGA SL developing a new lighting strategy.
