Treasury North in TGA Designed Feethams House

Projects

As part of the major recent UK Government announcement to relocate Central Government functions to the North, including the Treasury, it was great to see Darlington selected as the location. TGA have worked alongside Darlington Borough Council and Willmott Dixon for a number of years, resulting in a series of excellent developments from Business Central (operated by North East BIC on Central Park) to the major Town Hall development that welcomed the Department for Education’s circa 400 staff to a new build extension of 4,000m2.

In addition to the recently completed projects, TGA are also currently supporting Darlington on their Railway Heritage Quarter and the Darlington Station Gateway and Multi Storey Car Park schemes, both alongside Willmott Dixon. As a locally based organisation who has operated across the North East and the UK from our Head Office in Durham for almost 60 years, TGA are heavily vested in the major changes and growth taking place across Darlington and the wider region and to be part of the delivery of Feethams House for such an important tenant ensures that story of growth and development continues.
