TGA were appointed by Willmott Dixon Construction on behalf of City West Homes and Marylebone Boys School to develop the engineering services strategy for a mixed-use development within the City of Westminster.
Project Summary
Close to Paddington Station, the development included the tallest secondary school in the UK, a retail unit, a community space for the Central Pentecostal Church as well as 197 new affordable homes of mixed tenure set out over a 22 storey block.
840 pupils are accommodated for on the southern end of this site, this also includes a sixth form which is spread out over 6 storeys, there is a safe netted play area at roof level and dual aspect classrooms.
