Lambeth Estates Regeneration

Across all three schemes, some 700 new homes will be created, with approximately 50% affordable and 50% PRS. Each scheme is being developed separate design teams established under a Joint Venture framework, of which TGA are a key member.

The three estates vary in both scale and complexity with each following a phased construction.

Lambeth is investing in high performing, low energy building stock to ensure low fuel costs and affordable living. As such building design and construction is being aligned with Passivhaus standards.

Separate planning applications for each of the three estates were submitted at the end of 2017. The professional team is currently developing the designs through RIBA Stage 3B, after which it will be tendered as part of a design and build contract.
